Are your meals allergen free?


We are not allergen free. Please note that the dishes are prepared in a kitchen that sometimes contains nuts, fish, flour, seeds and dairy products. We cannot guarantee any of our dishes will be completely free from traces of key allergens.

What kinds of herbs and spices do you cook with and what are their health benefits?


We use a variety herbs and spices. All the spices have health benefits. Here are few of them briefly listed below, as found on google. Turmeric is fat soluble so it may be a good idea to take it with a fatty meal. How do I heat my frozen meals properly?


The safest way is to defrost your meal slowly in the fridge overnight or during the day. Thawing slowly in the fridge will give your meals better flavor and taste. I don’t recommend defrosting in the microwave strait from freezer unless you know how to defrost slowly with accurate temperature.

Option 1: (Highly recommended) after defrosting any curry specially Butter chicken if you want to get maximum flavor and aroma out of your meals. Transfer your meal contents to a covered pan or pot; simmer gently on the stove top on a low to medium heat with lids on. Stir occasionally. Make sure the meal is piping hot when served.

Option 2: After defrosting using Microwave is convenient if you are in hurry. Put your meal with lid slightly open in the microwave for a minute. Take out from the microwave and check if hot enough or any cold spot than stir the meal and microwave for 30 second to a minute.

All meals are presented unaccompanied, allowing more flexibility for individual taste and dietary requirements.




What is the best way to accompany your meals?


All meals are presented unaccompanied, allowing more flexibility for individual taste and dietary requirements. It is totally depends on individual taste bud. Any curry could be accompanied with Sour dough, Boiled potato, Pasta, Potato chips, pita, Naan or Roti As a side you can make some simple salad of your choice. Chopped fresh coriander leaves, fresh green chili and spring onions are ideal for garnish in curry. For extra kick sprinkle some chili flake or chili powder.




Is your packaging recyclable or compostable?


Almost everything we use compostable and environmentally friendly except Kebab on rice meals polystyrene package. Eventually we will be going totally eco friendly if enough support from government and private industry. We also use bamboo food container is made from one of the world’s fastest growing plants and more sustainable alternative to traditional plastic food packaging. Bamboo containers are compostable.
